Philip Measor

Dr. Philip Measor is an Assistant Professor of Engineering and Physics at Whitworth University and leads the Microdevices Lab. He has authored or coauthored over 40 publications in the field of applied optics and inventor or coinventor of six patents in the fields of applied optics and semiconductor process control.
